Shipping policy

General Information

NordRace OÜ uses DPD and UPS courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery.
All orders received on business days before 1:00 PM (EET) are generally processed on the same day.

Delivery Times and Costs

  • Delivery times depend on the destination country and product availability.
  • The exact shipping cost is calculated in the shopping cart before confirming the order.
  • For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once the order is packed and handed over to the courier, the customer will receive an email with a tracking code to follow the shipment in real time.

Returns and Replacements

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • If an order needs to be replaced, the customer covers the cost of returning the product and reshipping, unless the issue is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on the part of NordRace OÜ.

Exceptions

  • Holiday seasons and extraordinary circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes) may cause delivery delays.
  • NordRace OÜ is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or customs procedures.
